A special holiday dessert! A »something different« tiramisu, in a way of using speculoos biscuits instead of ladyfingers. For those of you who want to know which cookies are those: they are traditional cookies in Netherlands and Belgium. Speculoos biscuits are caramel flavoured cookies with cinnamon and other spices. Blueberry Tiramisu

Tiramisu is a dessert which won’t let down your guests because most of the people like it. And so happened this time. But because I add something different to every dessert, I enriched the tiramisu with blueberries – with fresh ones and with blueberry sauce in the middle. Result? A creamy and refreshing dessert!
