Honey Buckwheat Cake

A simple recipe for a moist and sweet honey cake. Honey Buckwheat Cake is made of buckwheat sponge with honey and walnuts, yogurt and sour cream frosting, and walnut buttercream. The cake will be finished in less than two hours and serves 14-16 pieces. I made this cake for my dad’s birthday. He loves anything with buckwheat so he was really pleasantly surprised! A »something different« cheesecake inspired by the original New York cheesecake. The procedure itself isn’t very demanding but you have to obey the rules of baking and cooling.
