Blueberry Tiramisu

Tiramisu is a dessert which won’t let down your guests because most of the people like it. And so happened this time. But because I add something different to every dessert, I enriched the tiramisu with blueberries – with fresh ones and with blueberry sauce in the middle. Result? A creamy and refreshing dessert! The preparation of this dessert is rather quick, since it takes about an hour. For the best result, cool your tiramisu in the fridge all day or through the night. Ingredients (for 6 pieces or tray of dimensions 17×27 cm) 200 g ladyfingers 3 dl coffee […]

Chocolate Cake Black Forest

Black Forest Cake or the Schwarzwald Cake is one of the most classic cakes and also one of the first cakes I have learned to bake. But since the purpose of my blog is to add something different to every dessert or making it in a special way, I decided to upgrade this already rich classic. In usual black forest cake there’s a chocolate sponge, cherry filling, and sweet cream, and this combination can be lovely completed with chocolate – melted, shaved, in pieces – chocolate! This dessert is somewhat more difficult and will take more time than other recipes […]

The Black Forest Muffins

Long time, no muffins recipe, so I decided to make some muffins again. One of my favourite cakes is the black forest cake and since I had no time (and you can’t make a whole cake for two people) I made black forest muffins.
