White Chocolate Blondies with Macadamia Nuts

Blondies are simply chocolate-free brownies. Unfortunately, this makes them pretty underrated. But not with the right extra ingredients! I made blondies with melted white chocolate, white chocolate pieces and crunchy macadamia. Great dessert! Blondies must be prepared with brown sugar and vanilla. I also added rum to enhance those two flavours. Blondies can be baked only for 20 minutes to have a chewy structure. But if you want them completely baked, I recommend 25 minutes of baking time. The recipe does not contain baking powder because you don’t want your blondies to rise too much.   Ingredients (for 20 pieces) […]

Peanut Butter Brownies

Everyone loves a good brownie. Brownies are quickly prepared, chocolatey, and delicious dessert! This time I’ve decided to make them with peanut butter. The combination of chocolate and peanuts is absolutely amazing! Peanut Butter Brownies also have a nice texture. Top is crackly, and the middle is gooey. They are prepared very easily, in fact, you will need half an hour for preparation and less than half an hour for baking. I love to prepare them when I’m invited somewhere or somebody comes unannounced. But they are great also for Sunday lunch when you have many dishes to make and […]

Lemon Blueberry Loaf Cake

It is time for a refreshing spring loaf cake. And what could be better than lemon and blueberry combination? Lemon Blueberry Loaf Cake is very moist cake that can be served at the spring picnic. The sponge is so aromatic because it contains lemon juice as well as lemon zest. But make sure to use bio lemons. Beside the recipe I also offer you a tested way for preventing blueberries from colouring the dough or sinking to the bottom. That does not make the cake less tasty, but anyway it is nice if your delicious cake looks tempting as well, […]

Poppy Seed Loaf Cake with Banana and Apples

Poppy Seed Loaf Cake is a simple and delicious way to spend those ripe apples and bananas. It’s prepared very quickly, in fact, an hour and a half will do. Everyone can make this loaf cake, even complete beginners. If you want, you can cover it with chocolate for even more tasty experience.  The loaf cake is the best if you leave it in the fridge overnight. If you keep it there, it can last up to 5 days (but I guarantee you it won’t because you just can’t stop eating it 😉 ).  Ingredients (for one loaf) 1 banana […]

Banana Snow Balls

A perfect dessert for winter time: snow balls! Banana Snow Balls are fluffy, creamy mini cakes with a banana in the middle, and its aroma can also be found in frosting. The preparation is a little longer than usually with my recipes, but the cakes are definitely worth it. Banana Snow Balls are made from cocoa and vanilla sponge, bananas, and vanilla frosting with banana aroma. Roll them into coconut and put in muffin paper cups. The cakes will look fancier, and they will be easier to serve.   Ingredients (for 35 pieces) Cocoa Sponge 4 eggs 140 g sugar […]

Simple and moist pound cake, great for breakfast or by coffee. Optionally, you can cover it with chocolate, but in my opinion, there’s already enough chocolate in cake batter.
