Fudgy Raspberry Brownies

Amazingly fudgy brownies with raspberries on top! This easy dessert will be perfect for days when you want something sweet, chocolate, and quick. 45 minutes will be just enough for preparation and baking.  Fudgy Raspberry Brownies are made of chocolate dough with cocoa powder and are sprinkled with frozen (or fresh) raspberries. Chocolate raspberry combination is one of my favourite because of its sweet and slightly sour taste. You can also try my Chocolate Raspberry Cake, Chocolate Raspberry Pound Cake or Chocolate Raspberry Cookies.  I cut these brownies into small square pieces, in fact, I cut them into at least […]

White Chocolate Blondies with Macadamia Nuts

Blondies are simply chocolate-free brownies. Unfortunately, this makes them pretty underrated. But not with the right extra ingredients! I made blondies with melted white chocolate, white chocolate pieces and crunchy macadamia. Great dessert! Blondies must be prepared with brown sugar and vanilla. I also added rum to enhance those two flavours. Blondies can be baked only for 20 minutes to have a chewy structure. But if you want them completely baked, I recommend 25 minutes of baking time. The recipe does not contain baking powder because you don’t want your blondies to rise too much.   Ingredients (for 20 pieces) […]

They are prepared very easily, in fact, you will need half an hour for preparation and less than half an hour for baking. I love to prepare them when I’m invited somewhere or somebody comes unannounced. But they are great also for Sunday lunch when you have many dishes to make and […]

Lemon Blueberry Loaf Cake

It is time for a refreshing spring loaf cake. And what could be better than lemon and blueberry combination? Lemon Blueberry Loaf Cake is very moist cake that can be served at the spring picnic. The sponge is so aromatic because it contains lemon juice as well as lemon zest. But make sure to use bio lemons. Beside the recipe I also offer you a tested way for preventing blueberries from colouring the dough or sinking to the bottom. That does not make the cake less tasty, but anyway it is nice if your delicious cake looks tempting as well, […]
