Amazingly fudgy brownies with raspberries on top! This easy dessert will be perfect for days when you want something sweet, chocolate, and quick. 45 minutes will be just enough for preparation and baking.
Fudgy Raspberry Brownies are made of chocolate dough with cocoa powder and are sprinkled with frozen (or fresh) raspberries. Chocolate raspberry combination is one of my favourite because of its sweet and slightly sour taste. You can also try my Chocolate Raspberry Cake, Chocolate Raspberry Pound Cake or Chocolate Raspberry Cookies.
I cut these brownies into small square pieces, in fact, I cut them into at least 30 pieces because they are very rich and fulfilling. The ingredients will do for a rectangle baking tray with 23×30 cm dimensions or similar.
- 200 g dark/baking chocolate
- 90 g unsalted butter
- 4 eggs
- 100 g white sugar
- 40 g brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp full-fat milk
- 3 tbsp rum
- 145 g flour
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 150 g raspberries (frozen or fresh)
Firstly, melt chocolate and butter. Meanwhile, whip eggs with white and brown sugar. Add melted chocolate, vanilla essence, oil, milk, and rum. Stir thoroughly to get a homogenous mixture.
In another bowl, mix flour and cocoa powder. Slowly add it to the main mixture and stir again.
Cover the baking tray with baking paper and fill it with brownie mixture. Sprinkle with raspberries. Bake for exactly 25 minutes on 180° C.
Cut into small squares and enjoy your lovely, fudgy brownies!
