Peanut Butter Brownies

Everyone loves a good brownie. Brownies are quickly prepared, chocolatey, and delicious dessert! This time I’ve decided to make them with peanut butter. The combination of chocolate and peanuts is absolutely amazing!

Peanut Butter Brownies also have a nice texture. Top is crackly, and the middle is gooey. They are prepared very easily, in fact, you will need half an hour for preparation and less than half an hour for baking. I love to prepare them when I’m invited somewhere or somebody comes unannounced. But they are great also for Sunday lunch when you have many dishes to make and almost no time for a fancy dessert.

Besides peanut butter, any other nut butter can be used, for example, cashew, almond, or hazelnut. There’s no baking powder in this recipe, and that’s because of texture. If adding baking powder, the brownies will turn fluffy, but more people prefer the gooey version. If you want the gooey texture with the crackly top, follow the rules for baking time. No overbaking!

Meanwhile, whip the eggs with white sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla essence. Slowly add the chocolate mixture.

In separate bowl, mix flour and cocoa powder. Add them to the wet ingredients and stir until combined.

Bake for exactly 25 minutes on 180° C.
