Rice Pudding Cake with Plums

Rice pudding – a dessert or a main course? Anyway, at our house it’s often on the menu: as a lunch or as a dinner. But not to let this dish become boring, I enriched it with plums which we certainly don’t lack in this early autumn season. My Mum’s Lambada Cake

Finally I present to you a recipe I promised long ago. The Lambada Cake is a creamy traybake with vanilla sponge, butter cookies, orange pudding, and buttercream, covered with chocolate. This was my favourite cake in childhood and even now I wish for every birthday from my mum to bake it. Chocolate Banana Bread with Walnuts

Simple and moist pound cake, great for breakfast or by coffee. Optionally, you can cover it with chocolate, but in my opinion, there’s already enough chocolate in cake batter. Additional bonus – you can finally make those ripe bananas useful.   Ingredients (for one loaf) 100 g butter 120 g sugar 2 eggs 3 small bananas or 2 big 150 g yoghurt 70 g minced walnuts 225 g flour 10 g baking powder 15 g vanilla sugar 2 tablespoons oil 150 g dark chocolate, cut into small pieces   Procedure Mix the butter with sugar. Add eggs one by one. […]
