Blueberry Cream Pie

I haven’t posted a pie recipe for a while so I invited you, my readers, to pick the ingredients for new recipe on Instagram. The result is a dreamy creamy summer dessert, made of vanilla crust, fresh blueberries, and yogurt cream, and of course, no dessert without chocolate on top! Try the recipe (and your choice)!

 

Ingredients (10 pieces or pie baking tray of dm 30 cm)

Crust

200 g flour

70 g sugar

100 g butter

1 egg

5 g baking powder

8 g vanilla sugar

 

250 g fresh blueberries

1 tablespoon sugar

 

Yogurt cream

2 cups of blueberry yogurt

Half cup of sour cream

200 ml whipping cream

1 pack of gelatin powder

1 tablespoon powdered sugar

 

20 g dark chocolate

 

Procedure

Knead the dough from all ingredients listed for crust. Roll the dough and put in pie baking tray. Use the fork to make small holes so the dough won’t rise too high.

Bake for 15 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius.

Clean the blueberries and cover them with sugar. When the crust is cold, arrange them on it.

Whip the whipping cream. In other bowl, mix the yogurt and sour cream and slowly add gelatin powder. Mix at least for 1 minute. Add powdered sugar and finally the whipped cream. Spread the cream on pie.

Grate some dark chocolate on the top.
