Brownies are simple, quickly made dessert usually liked by everyone, and you can cut many slices as well. But not to be too plain, I added some oranges. The flavours of dark chocolate and orange are undoubtedly great combination.
Ingredients (for approx. 20 pieces)
100 g chocolate
75 g butter
3 eggs
110 g sugar
200 g flour
8 g baking powder
Juice of 1 orange
2 oranges, cut into small pieces
100 g chocolate
50 g butter
Orange zest for decoration
Procedure
Melt the chocolate together with butter. Separate egg whites and yolks and whip the whites. Mix egg yolks, melted chocolate and butter, and sugar. Add flour, baking powder, and orange juice. Stir thoroughly and slowly add whipped egg whites. Finally, add orange pieces and pour the mixture in baking tray.
Melt the second part of chocolate and butter (100 g + 50 g) and pour it on the mixture.
Make an ornament using stick, knife, fork …
Bake for 30 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius.
Cut your brownies optionally – I cut them a little differently this time. You can decorate them with freshly grated orange zest (but make sure to use bio oranges and wash them).
Enjoy the brownies!
