Strawberry Dessert Cups

An ideal dessert for summer! You won’t need an oven for this sweet and refreshing dessert! Strawberry Dessert Cups are made of crushed ice cream waffle cones, strawberry puree, coconut mascarpone frosting with white chocolate, and shredded coconut. Their procedure is very simple and easy. You can make your dessert cups in just half an hour. 

Ingredients (for 2 large cups or 4 smaller)
  • 400 g strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Juice of half of the lemon
  • 150 g mascarpone
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 50 g white chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons coconut shavings
  • 3 ice cream cone waffles
  • Decoration: coconut shavings, fresh strawberries



Clean the strawberries, cut them in small pieces and heat them up with sugar. Blend the mixture and add lemon juice. Let cool.

Melt the white chocolate.

Whip the whipping cream. Add mascarpone, vanilla extract, and melted white chocolate. Stir thoroughly.

Crush the ice cream cone waffles and mix them with coconut shavings.

Time to fill the glasses!

First layer: strawberry mixture. Then put on the cream.

Finish with coconut-waffle mixture.

Repeat the layers if you want.

Sprinkle the dessert with coconut shavings and stick a strawberry on the edge of the glass.
