Vegan chocobanana muffins

For 16-18 pieces you will need:

2 bananas

200 g coconut yogurt

1 dl oil

0,5 dl water

80 g sugar

200 g flour

8 g baking powder

10 g vanilla sugar

15 g raw cocoa powder

200 g dark chocolate


Smash the bananas and add them to yoghurt, oil, and water. 

Mix dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and cocoa powder. 

Slowly add dry ingredients to the banana-yogurt mixture. 

Stir thoroughly. 

Cut dark chocolate in small pieces and add them to the mixture.

Fill the muffin cups and bake for 30 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius.
