Light tart, ideal as a dessert after lunch, especially now in the season of strawberries and other fruits. Crispy crust, tender vanilla buttercream, and fresh strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. The procedure is simple, you will need only half an hour to prepare everything (time doesn’t include cooling the cream and baking time).
Ingredients
Crust:
200 g flour
70 g sugar
100 g butter
1 egg
7 g baking powder
15 g vanilla sugar
Vanilla buttercream
350 ml milk
3 spoons of sugar
1 pack of vanilla pudding powder
70 g butter
Fresh berries: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries … or frozen berries
Procedure
Firstly, cook the vanilla pudding. Boil the milk and sugar, take away some milk and shake it with vanilla pudding powder. Add to the mixture and boil again. Let cool.
Kneed the dough for crust from listed ingredients.
Prepare the pie baking tray. Cover it with dough – don’t forget the edges. Bake for 15 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius.
Clean the berries and cut bigger ones into smaller pieces. Cover them with a spoon of sugar.
Whip the butter and mix it with vanilla pudding. Spread the mixture on the crust.
Arrange the berries on the top of the tart.
I wish you a lot of baking pleasure.
