Blueberry White Chocolate Muffins

Today I present to you rich, simple, and tasty muffins which are perfect for everyone who loves blueberries and chocolate! 

Ingredients

2 eggs

85 g sugar

200 g flour

30 g cocoa powder

1 baking powder

0,5 dl oil

1 dl milk

150 g blueberries (fresh are the best, but you can also use the frozen ones)

100 g white chocolate 

Procedure

Prepare the baking tray for muffins, you can use paper cups, but it’s even better if you use the silicon ones instead (you don’t produce any waste, and it’s easier to take them out). Mix flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Stir the eggs with sugar. Add milk and oil. After that, mix this with dry ingredients (flour and so on). Cut the white chocolate in small pieces and add it to the mixture. Finally add the blueberries. Fill the cups with the mixture.

Turn on the oven on 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 20 minutes.

When baked, you can prepare the chocolate cover, if you wish. Melt the white chocolate and butter and spill some on every muffin.
