Blueberry white chocolate muffins

Today I present to you rich, simple, and tasty muffins which are perfect for everyone who loves blueberries and chocolate! 

For 12 pieces, you will need: 

2 eggs

85 g sugar

200 g flour

30 g cocoa powder

1 baking powder

0,5 dl oil

1 dl milk

150 g blueberries (fresh are the best, but you can also use the frozen ones)

150 g white chocolate

75 g white chocolate and a teaspoon of butter for the cover

Prepare the baking tray for muffins, you can use paper cups, but it’s even better if you use the silicon ones instead (you don’t produce any waste, and it’s easier to take them out). Mix flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Stir the eggs with sugar. Add milk and oil. After that, mix this with dry ingredients (flour and so on). Cut the white chocolate in small pieces and add it to the mixture. Fill the cups with it.

Turn on the oven on 180 degrees Celsius.

At the end, wash the blueberries and carefully add them to the muffins to avoid the coloring of the mixture. Push some blueberries deep in the mixture and leave some at the top. Don’t be too tight with blueberries, they are the point of these muffins!

Bake for 20 minutes.

When baked, you can prepare the chocolate cover, if you wish. Melt the white chocolate and butter and spill some on every muffin.
